Set in Franschhoek, in South Africa’s Cape Winelands, Leeu Collection brings together a group of boutique properties shaped by the vision of founder Analjit Singh. Restored Cape Dutch architecture, monumental sculpture and a private label, Mullineux & Leeu Family Wines, come together across 68 hectares of gardens, vineyards and indigenous fynbos.

Each property within the collection holds its own character, yet all share the same commitment to considered design, attentive service and a refined culinary offering, anchored by acclaimed restaurants such as La Petite Colombe. Just an hour from Cape Town, Leeu Collection stands for quiet, art-driven luxury in one of the world’s most sought-after destinations for design and fine wine.

Properties

The collection spans three distinct five-star experiences:

  • Leeu Estates — the flagship, five-star premium property, with 17 rooms and suites set among vineyards, gardens and an oak-lined river. Freestanding cottages offer private pools, and the signature Leeu Suite features a hot tub, fire pit and stargazing telescope.
  • Leeu House — a 12-room retreat in the heart of Franschhoek village, welcoming adult guests seeking tranquillity, French-inspired interiors and a pool framed by sculpture.
  • Le Quartier Français — a 25-room hotel and cottages with a more romantic character, also set in the village.

Rooms throughout are individually styled, with fine linens, marble bathrooms and freestanding baths, balancing rural warmth with refined comfort.
